WH Webster hardness tester W-BB75 is a portable one hand operation instrument for on-site soft metal hardness testing. It is used to inspect the result of heat treatment, and to sort the materials in the warehouse. The Webster hardness tester is very suitable for one by one quality inspection of batches in the production line. The hardness value can be read directly on the indicator dial. The testing is done by simply applying pressure to the handle so that the bottom is felt. W-BB75 requires a specimen dimension of min. 0.4-6mm for Copper, soft copper alloy. It is ideal for a quick test of hardness on aluminum profiles, tubings, sheets, accessories, and other soft metal, non-destructive on-site 100% final products qualification test. The W series Webster hardness tester can be also used for testing hardness of copper, brass and soft steel. The Indenter is Re-engineered with advanced material and new production technology manufactured, higher hardness, long service life, good interchangeability. The Indicator Hand has a High strength indicator hand, less likely to be bent by long-term using or misoperation. The Dial Glass has great strength, toughness, uneasy to be broken or scratched. The handle is made of forged aluminum alloy handle with fine anodized finishing, high resistance to abrasion and stain. Hardness Blocks: Tested by standard Rockwell hardness tester, the hardness block is attached with a test report. Stabil ty: Stable full-scale point, stable calibration point, indicator never glides. Conversion: Results can be converted to Vickers, Rockwell, and Brinell. It comes complete with the main tester, Standard hardness block, Spare indenter, Calibration wrench, Small screwdriver, Carrying case, and Dial assembly.
